ORGANIZED CHAOS! A race going off every 7 minutes. 3 races happening at the same time with runners from one race passing runners from another race. This is the worlds largest cross country race. The race is broadcast LIVE on the internet. The Mt Sac Relay is one of the oldest races in the country. I met a coach that said he ran this race when he was in high school in the late 60's.
