Congratulations on another outstanding performance at the High Desert Invitational. Congratulations to Scott Acton for winning the Small Schools varsity race, and Zac Patten for winning the Small Schools JV race. We also had outstanding performances from Bryan Curtis (17:30) after coming off of a surgery with no running for 11 days, and a great JV performance by Andrew Starksen (19:13, second place). We also set a new course record besting last year’s team time by 2:55. Once those coming back from injury are totally healthy I can only imagine how fast we will be. Everyone ran the course faster than last year.
I have updated the school record chart adding Scott Acton to the all-time third fastest DCHS time at the High Desert Invitational.
