Andy,
I know that a combination of bad luck, illness, and other matters all conspired to a showing that was not representative of where your team should have finished. I know this is disappointing, because untold hours of hard work and talent should yield rewards. Running at this level, everything has to be perfect, to beat the guy next to you. As you also know, it rarely is. But just as rare, are days where so many little things, all go wrong. On a good note, your team survived to fight another day. There will be days when everything goes better, a lot better. Remind your team of this, come this next weekend. We also want you to know, you have already won the battle. Our team, the rest of the teams, already know who you are, and how good you are, because of how you and your team have performed and acted, through out the years. It is not based on what goes wrong or happens on a given day!!!.
Don, Toby, and the rest of us!
